Everything for a carefree stay
The holiday home is designed for groups of up to 23 persons, featuring a modern double kitchen, a long dining table, and several seating areas. Upstairs, a spacious mezzanine and a cinema room await your evening program. For those who wish to relax, the wellness area or the large garden provide the perfect retreat.
Kitchen & dining area
The modern kitchen is designed and equipped to comfortably cook for large groups. With two stoves and two ovens, you can easily prepare several courses at the same time. Three large refrigerators with freezers keep everything fresh, while two dishwashers and double sinks ensure the worktop is quickly cleared again.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy dining area with authentic Ardennes elements and rustic lighting. The long dining table allows the whole group to sit together comfortably. Three high chairs for children are available.
Living spaces
The different living areas are designed for being together, while still allowing everyone to find their own corner.
Mezzanine
In a mezzanine above the dining area, there is a large seating space where the entire group can gather around a big wood stove. Board games are available, and for children there are some toys. The stairs up and down are equipped with child safety gates.
Cinema room
The attic floor houses a cinema room where you can watch movies and series from comfortable chairs on a 65-inch TV screen with a high-quality audio system (Netflix, Disney+, Prime, YouTube, ...).
Extra seating area
On the ground floor, you will find an additional relaxation area with sofas and a pool table.
Wellness
Relax in the sauna or hammam (steam cabin). The rain shower refreshes you afterwards. In the seating area by the fireplace, you will slowly warm up again.
Bedrooms & bathrooms
With eight bedrooms, there is a comfortable place for everyone to spend the night.
- Ground floor: 1 room with four single beds, private bathroom, and dressing room.
- 1st floor: five double rooms with combinations of single and double beds.
- 2nd floor: two rooms with double bed and washbasin.
Bathrooms
A total of five showers (including two rain showers and one in the hammam) and three toilets. Conveniently arranged so that several guests can get ready at the same time.
Garden & parking
Outside, there is plenty of space. The green garden of about 40 ares offers several seating areas: from a quiet corner with a book to a long aperitif with the whole group. There is enough room to play, read, or simply enjoy the greenery.
Amenities
The garden is equipped with an Ofyr, a hot tub, tables and benches. You will also find a mini football field, a pétanque court, a playground with a slide and swings, and a campfire circle.
Private parking
Right next to the house there is a private parking area with space for about eight cars. Charging stations are available 200 m away.
