Practical information

The house includes 18 beds for adults/children and 3 baby beds. It is allowed to bring 2 additional baby beds.

To maintain the quality of our house, we kindly ask you to respect the following house rules:

• Pets are not allowed in the house, unless permission has been granted.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
• The house must be left clean and tidy upon departure.
• It is not allowed to organize parties (such as bachelor parties) or student events in the house.

If the house is not left clean, additional cleaning costs may be deducted from the deposit.

Before arrival, we require a deposit of €500. If there are no additional costs (for example due to damage), this amount will be refunded within two weeks after your departure.

For the costs, we charge the following:

• Cleaning and waste: €350
• Water, electricity, firewood and heating oil: according to consumption

For a comfortable stay, we kindly ask you to bring a few items yourself:

• Kitchen and cleaning cloths
• Wellness items: bath towel, bathrobe and slippers. In the steam cabin, a music connection is provided.
• To protect mattresses, pillows and duvets, we strongly request that bed linen be used on every bed.

The following items are – in principle – available on site:

• Coffee filters
• Dishwashing liquid, sponge, dish brush and a supply of dishwasher tablets
• Pepper, salt and a set of herbs
• Garbage bags
• Firelighters and matches (for wood stoves) – wood can be purchased at a DIY store or supermarket nearby. Feel free to contact us for more information.
• Hiking map and MTB map of the region (also displayed in the frames hanging in the hall and the small living room)

Arrival

Arrival is scheduled from 6 p.m. Upon arrival, we use a self check-in system.

Departure

• After a weekend stay: scheduled for 8 p.m. (on Sunday) or for 10 a.m. (on Monday) with a supplement.
• After a week stay: scheduled for 8 p.m. (on Sunday) or for 10 a.m. (on Monday or Friday).

Cleaning up

Please tidy up and sweep where necessary so that the house can be cleaned efficiently.

Consumption costs

Electricity, heating and water will be settled after your stay. A detailed statement will be sent to you.

Deposit

Consumption costs are not deducted from the deposit, as this is only intended to cover any damage to the house.
